New Mother's Discussion Group
Mondays, March 9, 16, 23, 30, April 6, 13, 20

New mothers with child 12 months or younger
Village Youth Program Room
Join a new discussion group facilitated by a certified and licensed counselor who will guide the group through topics of concern to new mothers, including infant development and growth, changing family dynamics, and adjusting to new motherhood. Bring babies and take advantage of the opportunity to meet other new mothers. Light refreshments served.

On My Own

Book individual time with certified and trained therapy dogs from Therapy Dog International, Inc. who will listen quietly as you read stories aloud. By reading aloud to a non-judgemental audience, reluctant readers can become more confident in their oral reading skills. Sign up for one 15-minute time slot.

Discovering Artists: Andy Warhol and Pop Art

Campbell soup cans as art? Andy Warhol, a central figure in the pop art movement, used images found in advertisements in his paintings. Come and find out more about this art form and the artist. We will learn about printmaking to create our own pop art.
