Summer Reading Clubs are back!

It's time to get excited readers!  This Friday, June 22nd is Carnival Day!  The 15th annual Summer Kick Off Carnival starts at 1:00 PM.  We'll have snacks and games going on until 4PM.  You don't want to miss it!  We'll also be registering everyone for summertime programs and reading clubs starting at 10:00 AM for (in-person only) registration.

We have some really cool programs planned for the summer, as well as awesome prizes for all of our ambitious readers who join the reading clubs.  There are two reading clubs for our pre-teen readers.  "Little Night Owls" will be the reading club for patrons aged birth-entering kindergarten.  We also have the "Dream Big, Read" club for our patrons entering 1st grade-6th grade.  Remember all of you 6th graders out there, that you can also join the teen summer reading club, "Own the Night!"

If you spot a librarian on Carnival Day, be sure to ask for some book reccomendations to get your reading adventures started!  If you have any questions, give us a call @ 427-5165.  We can't wait to see all of you on Friday!
