Eating Healthy


February is finally coming to an end.  It may be the shortest month in terms of days, but a certain snowstorm has made it feel a whole lot longer.  If you're like me, you may have had a cold, or two.  And you may be having a hard time getting outside and enjoying some fresh air. 

Sometimes the best way to get yourself back on track and ready for the activities enjoyed in more favorable weather is to pay close attention to healthy eating.  Luckily, March is National Nutrition Month.  After all of that snow and cold weather, combined with sneezing, coughing, and runny noses it's probably a good idea to eat an orange!  If you'd like to read up a bit on nutrition, we have plenty of books on the topic.
