Hot Chocolate and Cookie Season.

Thanksgiving is over, the temperature has dropped, and a certain unofficial season is upon us.  "Hot Chocolate and Cookie Season," although not recognized at a national level, remains one of my favorites.  If you haven't heard of it, don't worry.  Read the title again...it is self-explanatory.  The best way to celebrate the season is to eat cookies, drink hot chocolate, and read as many of your favorite books as possible.  What the season lacks in complexity, it makes up for in fun!

You may have some questions about this mystery season.  Perhaps you are wondering, "but how do I make cookies?"  Don't worry, we have plenty of books about baking.  Would you like to read stories that involve cookies?  We have those too!

Now that you know about Hot Chocolate and Cookie Season, it is up to you to celebrate in any way you choose!  If you see us in the library, feel free to mention the holiday.  This way we'll know what you are looking for!
